PM Modi Arrives in Bhutan for Two-Day Visit, Strengthening India–Bhutan Friendship
Prime Minister Narendra Modi begins a two-day visit to Bhutan to discuss hydropower, connectivity, trade, and digital partnership. The visit aims to deepen India–Bhutan relations.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived in Bhutan on a two-day official visit, receiving a warm traditional welcome from Bhutan’s King, government representatives, and hundreds of local citizens. His visit highlights India’s deep and long-standing friendship with Bhutan — a bond based on trust, culture, and mutual development support.
As PM Modi landed, he was welcomed with traditional Bhutanese dances, cultural performances, and a ceremonial guard of honour.
