Return or Exchange Policy

  • Hearinguru offers a 15-day return or exchange period at no additional cost, depending on the condition of the product.
  • The returned or exchanged product must be in its original condition with all accessories included.
  • Any damage or missing accessories may incur additional charges.

Penalty

  • Failure to remit payment on time results in incurring a penalty fee.
